What does Cailíní Coastal mean?

Cailíní Coastal (pronounced CAH-lean-ee) means “coastal girls” in Irish, an homage to our founder Meg Young’s daughters and their families’ heritage. 

 

Are there any discount exclusions?

The products and categories excluded from all discounts include: Clearance Items, Seasonal/Holiday, Wallpaper Samples, Original Art, Gift Cards, and select furniture, lighting, mirrors and decor. Detailed information on our Exclusions page

 
Can discount codes be stacked or applied to sale items?
 Discount codes can not be combined with any other coupon or promotion.
Do you offer price adjustments? 
Currently we do not offer price adjustments for products purchased before promotional events. 

 

Does Cailíní Coastal ship internationally?

We currently only ship to the United States, however we do plan to expand our international shipping in the future. If you’re outside of USA,  please send us an email at support@cailinicoastal.com or DM us @CailiniCoastal, and let us know where you’re located.  This way we know which countries are most eager to shop!

 

 

 

Does Cailíní Coastal have a store where I can shop in person?

Unfortunately we're currently online only, but a store is in our future!

 

 

Does Cailíní Coastal offer a trade program?

We don't currently have a trade program in place; however, it's something we're actively working to create to better support our design community!

 

How can I track my package?

An email confirmation with tracking information will be sent within 24 hours of an order being shipped. 

 

How long will it take to receive my order?

Production and shipping lead times vary depending on the product, but generally orders are shipped within 2-3 business days. Please visit individual production description pages to view estimated lead times. Items marked as PRE-ORDER will ship once in stock. Please note that the dates in red are estimates and are subject to change. You will still be charged upon check-out for PRE-ORDER items.


Will I receive all my pieces at the same time?

This depends on what pieces you order, as some ship from Cailíní Coastal’s warehouse and others ship directly from our vendors. We do our best to get all your pieces to you as soon as possible.


When will I be billed for my order?

You will be charged upon check-out.


What payment methods do you accept?

Visa, MasterCard, American Express, PayPal, Shop Pay, Google Pay and Meta Pay.  

 

Is my credit card information secure?

Yes, we encrypt all credit card information during transmission and storage, so that data is private and secure.

 

Can I pay for my purchase in installments?

We are partnered with Affirm, allowing you to pay for your purchase with a monthly payment plan. Simply select Affirm on the billing page of checkout to complete your purchase and see your payment options.  Purchase must be above $250 to qualify for Affirm. 

Your rate will be 0-36% APR based on credit, and is subject to an eligibility check. For example, a $700 purchase might cost $63.18/mo over 12 months at 15% APR. Payment options through Affirm are provided by these lending partners: affirm.com/lenders. Options depend on your purchase amount and a down payment may be required.

How do you calculate shipping?

Shipping rates are based on weight.  For heavier items, such as lighting, rugs, mirrors, etc., expect a higher shipping fee at check-out.  All furniture is shipped either via UPS/FedEx or White Glove Delivery.  Detailed information on our Shipping Info page.   

 

 

 

What if the product I want is no longer available? When will it become available again?

This depends on what it is the item is. While many pieces come back in stock; we do sell one-of-a-kind, seasonal and limited edition items that will not be restocked once they sell out. If you love a product that is no longer available, please contact our Customer Care team at support@cailinicoastal.com and they can let you know the status. 

Where are Cailíní Coastal products made?
Quality and uniqueness are at the forefront of our product selection. As such, we have sourced the highest quality products from a variety of artisans and vendors from around the world.  You will find details for many of our products on their respective product pages.
