Local Pickup

 

HOW IT WORKS

 

All available products in our In Stock and Ready to Ship collection are now available for local pickup from our warehouse located in Norwalk, CT. 

Simply add the item to your cart and proceed to checkout - from there, you will be able to select local pickup. Note: At this time, there is only one location for local pickup.

Once your order is ready, you will be notified by email. You'll find all the information you need to proceed to the warehouse to collect your order. Please do not attempt to pick up your order until you have received the "Ready for Pickup" email. 

When you arrive at the warehouse, ring the doorbell to notify the team of your arrival and they will bring your order to the door for collection. Please note, this is an active warehouse so for your safety, we will bring the order to door. 

 

The Details

 

Once all of your items are ready for pickup and you've received your "Ready for Pickup" notification, we'll hold your order for 4 days. If you're unable to come by within that timeframe, we'll have to cancel your order. If you'd like to request a 24hr extension, just contact us at support@cailinicoastal.com to avoid cancellation.
